1. General Provisions

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means the total bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before the bonus funds become withdrawable. The bonus details will specify which games and bet types are eligible toward meeting the wagering requirement.

5.3 Special Rules for Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own validity period, which will be stated in the bonus details.
• A bonus may only be claimed once and claiming the same bonus through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• acy365 has the sole right to determine whether a bet placed using a bonus is valid.
• If bonus abuse is proven, all bonuses may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

5.4 VIP Program

The acy365 VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Players can advance to higher tiers based on their ongoing activity. Different benefits and rewards apply at each tier.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

A bet once confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed. acy365's decision is considered final in determining the outcome of a bet.

• If the outcome of any bet becomes uncertain due to a technical error, acy365 reserves the right to void it.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
